Our Products are manufactured under stringent inspections. It starts with the selection of raw material sourcing. During production, 100% inspection is ensured while feeding the raw material to eliminate any possible contamination, mixing of foreign materials, etc.
Our Process is automated and has features to control the pyrolysis temperature, resident time, rate of feeding to ensure perfect quality output. The chances for human error are negligible in our production process.
Our output doesn’t have direct encounter with water for cooling them and are packed without allowing them to come in contact with the floor and dispatched to our esteemed customers. Our Product is dispatched with utmost care to reach the destination without causing any damage to the product and environment.
Our Difference
Traditionally, the coconut shell charcoal are made using PIT method which contaminates both air and water. In our process, we follow mechanised production process which ensures zero water discharge and air pollution level well below the pollution control board norms.
We use well trained workforce and we do care for their well beings. We pay huge amount of attention towards the safety of men and material. There are no direct contact of our product with nature and mother earth.
